Pupil Voice
At Crowle Primary Academy we ensure that our pupils have a strong and more meaningful voice in the life of our school. We firmly believe that their views and ideas are invaluable, and we are committed to creating an environment where they feel empowered to share their thoughts and contribute to the decision-making process.
To achieve this we have the following things in place.
Class ambassadors
These are representatives from Year 1 all the way up to Year 5. These ambassadors meet every two weeks to discuss school matters and help us make our school even better.
We are thrilled to have these dedicated pupils act as the voice of their classmates and work alongside the school leadership team. The document below shows what we will be talking about in our meetings. Our class ambassdors are;
We also have head pupils from Year 6 who will represent their class and the school as a whole. These head pupils will attend the pupil voice meetings and support with other important events, such as parent events and governor meetings. We are confident that their leadership and enthusiasm will be a valuable asset to our school community.
Alongside our class ambassadors and head pupils, we have the roles of wellbeing ambassadors and anti-bullying ambassadors. These pupils will play a crucial role in promoting the overall wellbeing of our school and ensuring that everyone feels safe, supported, and included.
