Colour Monster

We started our school year off by reading 'The Colour Monster'. We talked about how the monster is feeling and practised naming different emotions. The children enjoyed helping to make the colour monster out of blocks. We then talked about the things that make us feel happy and calm and the children drew them on hearts to give to the colour monster.
