Eagle Busy week

We have had another busy week in year 6. In English, we have completed our sentence stacking lessons for our letter to Scrooge and will now be starting to prepare for our independent writing. We are enjoying reading/ listening to A Christmas Carol in our reading lessons. 

In maths, we are coming to the end of our fractions unit and have more confident in working with different types of fractions. 

In other subjects, we had a great online safety lesson taking about how to deal with receiving inappropriate messages and images - the children gave really insightful thoughts - well done! 

We enjoyed our Christmas dinner yesterday and are looking forward to our carol service this afternoon!
